About the Company

The Atria Health Institute is a membership-based primary and specialty health care practice with a focus on prevention and longevity. We bring together a multidisciplinary team of renowned physicians to provide proactive, preventive, and precision-based care for Atria members and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide graceful and efficient food and beverage service, including proper steps of service and discreet table and suite maintenance
• Prepare food and beverage offerings with beautiful presentation and attention to detail
• Ensure service stations are stocked, organized, and supplies are accessible
• Execute setup, breakdown, and day-to-day needs for service opening, transitions, and closing
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in member-facing areas, kitchens, and storage
• Communicate effectively with medical and hospitality teams
• Cultivate strong relationships with members, vendors, and staff
• Maintain an agile demeanor and calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Assist with inventory and condition of china, glass, and silverware
• Support housekeeping team with maintenance of member spaces

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years in the hospitality service industry, preferably in fine dining
• Ability to learn menu details, including allergens and abbreviations
• High standards of personal appearance and grooming
• Sufficient English skills to understand and ensure member satisfaction
• Ability to work at a fast pace for several hours at a time
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
