Responsibilities

• Support accommodation by preparing rooms and suites
• Replenish linen, amenities, and consumables
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas including halls, corridors, and lounges
• Handle internal logistics such as receiving deliveries and storage
• Assist with maintenance of outdoor spaces like terraces and pools
• Greet clients with courtesy and discretion
• Respond to simple client requests and direct them to appropriate services

Requirements

• Good physical condition for manual tasks and frequent movement
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety rules in a hotel environment
• Basic English notions for international clientele
• Punctuality, reliability, and a sense of responsibility
• Professional presentation and attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the hotel or restaurant sector
• Training in hospitality or service
