About the role

Responsibilities

  • Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and service zones according to established protocols
  • Replace bed linens, towels, and necessary room supplies
  • Inspect the cleanliness and general condition of premises and report any anomalies or damage
  • Manage and organize cleaning equipment and products
  • Assist with linen replenishment as part of the team
  • Perform breakfast service duties as needed
  • Adhere strictly to hygiene and safety standards to ensure an optimal guest experience

Requirements

  • Knowledge of cleaning and maintenance techniques for premises
  • Strong attention to detail, rigor, and exemplary organization
  • Discretion, punctuality, and a strong sense of customer service
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a dynamic team
  • 6 months of relevant experience is preferred
