Hospitality Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement service and quality standards for private wards and general patient catering
• Provide personal care and support for premium service patients from admission to discharge
• Advise patients on food, beverages, and individual service offerings
• Ensure high-quality service experiences in daily clinical operations
• Coordinate with nursing, kitchen, cleaning, and administration departments
• Analyze patient feedback to continuously optimize service quality
• Support the organization and future training of a service team

Requirements

• Completed training as a hotel specialist, hotel management assistant, or comparable qualification in hospitality or gastronomy
• Ideally professional experience in upscale hospitality or the healthcare sector
• Strong hands-on mentality and desire to shape new processes
• High level of service orientation and empathy toward patients and relatives
• Organized, proactive, and structured way of working
• Fluent German and ideally good English skills
