Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the activities of Food & Beverage, Hotel, and Housing Managers
• Conduct market research and customer surveys to tailor services
• Design and execute promotional campaigns for hospitality services
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards
• Develop and enforce SOPs for safety and hygiene
• Organize training sessions on safety protocols
• Drive revenue growth through effective business planning and marketing
• Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met
• Develop policies and procedures for efficient operations
• Resolve complex issues and handle escalations
• Conduct performance evaluations and promote staff development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5-7+ years of experience in hospitality management
• 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience managing financial operations across multiple business lines
• Advanced English (C1) and native Spanish
• Advanced Microsoft Office, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and ERP (Dynamics AX preferred)
