Hospitality Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the activities of Food & Beverage, Hotel, and Housing Managers
• Conduct market research and customer surveys to tailor hospitality services
• Design and execute promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards through SOP enforcement
• Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met
• Develop policies and procedures for efficient operations
• Resolve complex issues and handle service escalations
• Conduct performance evaluations and promote staff development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5-7+ years of experience in hospitality management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience managing financial operations across multiple business lines
• Advanced English (C1) and native Spanish proficiency
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP (Dynamics AX preferred)
