Hospitality Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily execution of the Patula NYC hospitality program
• Execute and train team on coffee, wine, and food service
• Maintain quality, presentation, and cleanliness of hospitality spaces
• Oversee opening and closing procedures for F&B operations
• Monitor inventory and communicate ordering needs
• Develop in-store programming to increase community engagement
• Grow private events, wine tastings, and brand collaborations
• Act as a KREWE retail Keyholder, leading the sales floor and guest experience
• Coach and develop team members in both Retail and F&B standards

Requirements

• 2 years of management experience in the hospitality industry
• Knowledge of wine, coffee, and food
• Food handlers card (or willingness to acquire one)
• Proven experience driving results through CRM and store events
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive results through KPIs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in NYC 5 days a week
