About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the daily execution of the Patula NYC hospitality program
- Execute and train team on coffee, wine, and food service
- Maintain quality, presentation, and cleanliness of hospitality spaces
- Oversee opening and closing procedures for F&B operations
- Monitor inventory and communicate ordering needs
- Develop in-store programming to increase community engagement
- Grow private events, wine tastings, and brand collaborations
- Act as a KREWE retail Keyholder, leading the sales floor and guest experience
- Coach and develop team members in both Retail and F&B standards
Requirements
- 2 years of management experience in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of wine, coffee, and food
- Food handlers card (or willingness to acquire one)
- Proven experience driving results through CRM and store events
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive results through KPIs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work onsite in NYC 5 days a week
