Hospitality Intern

Responsibilities

• Prepare formal quotations for client review and approval
• Follow up with clients on quotations and general inquiries
• Review product on hand availability and inbound transit schedules
• Organize sales data to assist with departmental organization and analysis
• Maintain accurate and updated specification information for products
• Organize and catalog samples
• Attend meetings with team members and department heads
• Take meeting notes and share recaps as requested
• Complete ad hoc Hospitality tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Completed coursework or pursuing a degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
• Ability to commit a minimum of 20 hours per week over the semester
• Self-starter with collaborative, positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Gmail/Google Drive
• Personal interest in luxury goods and/or hospitality industry
• Previous hospitality internship is a plus
