About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide premium hospitality and recognition to Live Nation Executives and VIP guests
- Act as a primary information resource for guests regarding lounge access and music schedules
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding supporting acts and headliner performance timings
- Coordinate with Managers, Bar Staff, and Servers to manage guest arrivals and seating
- Maintain the ambiance and cleanliness of the lounge and VIP seating areas
- Anticipate guest needs to provide superior, proactive service
- Maintain a professional appearance and use articulate communication to socialize with a diverse audience
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in guest relations or high-end hospitality environments
- Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations and seating procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diffuse volatile situations with diplomacy
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a flexible schedule to accommodate event timings
