Hospitality & Guest Services Specialist

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a warm, professional, and courteous manner
• Manage guest check-in procedures, including parking validation and arrival notifications
• Ensure conference rooms are prepared, presentable, and properly scheduled for meetings
• Manage beverage and refreshment services for guests and personnel
• Assist with setting up catering orders and breaking down meeting spaces for events
• Maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards in reception and hospitality areas
• Coordinate parking, fitness center access, and workspace for visiting staff
• Handle administrative tasks including answering calls, processing invoices, and managing expense reports
• Maintain strict client confidentiality and discretion at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or a professional services environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted and perform physical labor such as bending and kneeling
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Ability to work unusual hours, including nights and/or weekends
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
