Hospitality & Guest Services Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors in the Nashville office
• Greet guests, manage check-in procedures, and coordinate parking validation
• Prepare and maintain conference rooms, ensuring they are presentable for meetings and client visits
• Manage beverage and refreshment services and assist with catering setup for firm events
• Coordinate workspace for visiting attorneys and staff
• Answer and route incoming calls professionally
• Manage conference room scheduling and coordinate parking access with building management
• Assist with processing hospitality invoices and expense reports
• Maintain high levels of client confidentiality and discretion at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or a professional services environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted and perform repetitive physical tasks such as bending and kneeling
• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
