About the role

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests, artists, and participants upon arrival at their designated areas
Support the setup, organization, and maintenance of dressing rooms, green rooms, and hospitality spaces
Monitor the availability of beverages, snacks, catering, and support materials
Maintain cleanliness, order, and professional presentation standards across backstage and hospitality areas
Assist in locating and escorting participants when requested by Production or Stage Management teams
Respond to basic inquiries from guests and participants
Support access control procedures and ensure the proper use of assigned spaces
Collaborate with Production, Hospitality, and Stage Management teams to ensure smooth operations
Perform general logistical and operational support tasks as required by event needs
