About the role

Responsibilities

  • Carry out hotel guest check-ins and check-outs in accordance with established procedures and protocols
  • Inform guests about their booking packages and provide guidance on their stay organization
  • Guide and assist guests in the lobby, answering questions to enhance their Resort experience
  • Proactively suggest solutions and alternatives such as restaurant reservations or re-routing
  • Perform upselling actions by proposing higher-category rooms and breakfast options
  • Create personalized moments of interaction in line with the hotel's theme to exceed guest expectations

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (C1 level)
  • Upper-intermediate level of English (B2 level)
  • Intermediate level (B1) in a third European language
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, day, and night shifts
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an energetic, friendly, and empathetic approach

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Front Office or Reception (minimum 1 year)
