About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain internal maintenance programs including work orders and tickets
  • Manage preventative maintenance for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and kitchen equipment
  • Oversee vendor and contractor scheduling, oversight, and quality assurance
  • Prepare reports and track performance metrics using CMMS systems
  • Provide on-site operational support during events including setup and troubleshooting
  • Support the repair and maintenance budget with operational insights

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Facilities Management or technical maintenance
  • Experience in the hospitality industry preferred
  • Proficiency with CMMS tools and work order management platforms
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
  • Certificate of Fitness or DOHMH certification preferred
