About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain internal maintenance programs including work orders and tickets
- Manage preventative maintenance for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and kitchen equipment
- Oversee vendor and contractor scheduling, oversight, and quality assurance
- Prepare reports and track performance metrics using CMMS systems
- Provide on-site operational support during events including setup and troubleshooting
- Support the repair and maintenance budget with operational insights
Requirements
- 3+ years in Facilities Management or technical maintenance
- Experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- Proficiency with CMMS tools and work order management platforms
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems
- Leadership and team management experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Certificate of Fitness or DOHMH certification preferred
