Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections of homes before and after guest stays to ensure brand standards
  • Restock consumables and inventory supplies to maintain FCS readiness
  • Leave hospitality touches such as gifts and welcome notes for arriving guests
  • Handle basic maintenance tasks like lightbulb changes and TV resets
  • Support turnovers with bedmaking, resetting decor, and removing trash
  • Respond quickly to urgent in-stay needs or on-the-ground guest issues
  • Track supply usage and flag unusual patterns or repeated problems
  • Act as a professional presence in the field, including occasional guest and owner communication
  • Support Hospitality Managers with dispatching field tasks

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in hospitality, property care, or vacation rentals
  • Detail-oriented and highly reliable
  • Physically capable of lifting 25+ lbs and walking/standing throughout the day
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, early mornings, and evenings
  • Comfort using mobile apps and task tracking tools
