Hospitality Auditor

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive audits of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage
• Perform IT audits focused on hotel management systems, POS systems, network security, and data integrity
• Identify operational inefficiencies, control weaknesses, and potential risks
• Collaborate with hotel management and IT teams to implement audit recommendations
• Prepare detailed audit reports and presentations for senior management
• Monitor hotel operations, financial controls, and supporting functions like HR and engineering

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality auditing, hotel operations, or IT auditing
• Strong knowledge of hotel operational processes and IT systems
• Proficiency in audit methodologies, risk assessment, and compliance standards
• Bilingual in Arabic and English
• Experience in the Hajj and Umrah sector
• Experience in capital project audits and IT application reviews
• Familiarity with Ministry of Tourism and Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification
• Certified Hospitality Auditor certification
• IT audit certifications
