Hospitality Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality and catering services including conference room set-up and reception assistance
• Set up conference rooms with audio/visual equipment, food, and beverages
• Clean up conference rooms and maintain kitchen/pantry areas
• Prepare coffee and beverages in assigned kitchens
• Maintain inventory and order catering supplies and food/beverages
• Coordinate with vendors and food merchants to ensure competitive pricing
• Perform vendor selection and management for department services
• Answer telephones in the Office Services center and provide back-up support to Reception
• Lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year professional experience in hospitality, restaurant, or housekeeping
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to operate basic audio/visual equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Proven customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
