Hospitality Associate

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, special requests, and immediate needs
• Provide personalized local recommendations to enhance guest experiences
• Maintain common areas and perform quality checks via Safety Culture after each clean
• Prepare for arrivals and organize guest engagement events with housekeeping and maintenance
• Resolve guest requests through Breezeway and address live cleanliness or technical issues
• Coordinate with the remote Guest Experience team via Slack and Kustomer
• Handle emergencies such as lockouts and urgent guest requests

Requirements

• 2+ years of hospitality experience, or 2 years in customer service
• 1+ year of guest service experience
• Tech-savvy with experience using technology and learning new platforms
• Availability for afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds
• Composure and positivity under pressure
