About the role

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests with check-in and special requests
  • Provide personalized local recommendations and insights
  • Maintain common areas, coffee stations, and concierge closets
  • Perform quality checks using TechTool 'Safety Culture'
  • Prepare for guest arrivals and organize engagement events
  • Resolve guest requests and troubleshooting via Breezeway
  • Coordinate with remote Guest Experience teams via Slack and Kustomer
  • Handle emergency situations such as lockouts

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience or 2 years in customer service
  • At least 1 year of experience in guest service roles
  • Tech-savvy with an affinity for learning new platforms
  • Availability for afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure
