About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with check-in and special requests
- Provide personalized local recommendations and insights
- Maintain common areas, coffee stations, and concierge closets
- Perform quality checks using TechTool 'Safety Culture'
- Prepare for guest arrivals and organize engagement events
- Resolve guest requests and troubleshooting via Breezeway
- Coordinate with remote Guest Experience teams via Slack and Kustomer
- Handle emergency situations such as lockouts
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience or 2 years in customer service
- At least 1 year of experience in guest service roles
- Tech-savvy with an affinity for learning new platforms
- Availability for afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
