Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional hospitality and support a seamless, luxury experience at every touchpoint
• Act as a physical steward of the workplace, implementing and perfecting daily food and beverage displays
• Cultivate community by building and nurturing a network of visionary business leaders
• Acknowledge and resolve inquiries or complaints from members and employees quickly and professionally

Requirements

• Background in luxury hotels, restaurants, or membership clubs
• Experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) with Front of House (FOH) expertise
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for presentation
• Ability to thrive in complex, collaborative environments
• Proactive and attentive approach to customer service

• Hourly compensation between $26 and $29
