Hospitality Assistant

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium front-of-house hospitality across reception, boardrooms, café, and corporate events
• Provide exceptional food and beverage service to clients and staff
• Set up and pack down conference and meeting rooms
• Manage reception duties including answering calls and meeting room bookings
• Assist with café service, including professional coffee making
• Manage point of sale transactions and electronic cash handling
• Provide occasional back-of-house and kitchen overflow assistance

Requirements

• Proven experience in front-of-house hospitality, ideally in a corporate, hotel, or fine dining environment
• Strong food and beverage service skills (wine knowledge is an advantage)
• Proficient barista skills
• Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
• Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner
• Computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office software
• Impeccable grooming and a polished professional presentation
• A flexible, team-player mindset with the ability to adapt to a busy environment
