Hospitality All-Rounder

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests
• Complete housekeeping and laundry duties to luxury standards
• Welcome and farewell guests with warmth and professionalism
• Assist with dishwashing, general cleaning, and facility maintenance
• Maintain lodge and camp facilities, including vehicles and staff areas
• For hybrid roles: perform specialized tasks such as cooking, minor maintenance, or leading guided tours

Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury or high-end hospitality or tourism
• Current Food Safety Certificate
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
• Medium or Heavy Rigid Driver’s Licence
• Current Passenger Driver Authority/Licence
• Ability to work in remote locations for the duration of the season (5–10 months)

Preferred Qualifications

• Chainsaw licence
• Forklift licence
• Experience in maintenance, culinary arts, or nature guiding
