Hospitalist

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care for inpatients from admission through discharge
• Conduct daily ward rounds and document findings in medical records
• Perform emergency medical interventions in urgent situations
• Collaborate with the Doctor in Charge (DPJP) to ensure timely communication and execution of instructions
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including medical support, administrative staff, and insurance providers
• Maintain regular communication with patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge
• Ensure completeness of medical records
• Provide regular reports to the Head of AMA regarding inpatient conditions
• Collaborate with Case Managers for high-risk, high-cost, or complex cases

Requirements

• Medical Doctor (MD) with completed internship
• Valid and active medical license (STR)
• Experience as a general practitioner in a hospital setting preferred
• Strong understanding of inpatient care processes and medical record systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong clinical judgment and responsiveness in emergencies
