Hospitalist

Responsibilities

• Manage inpatients comprehensively from admission to discharge
• Conduct daily patient visits and maintain accurate medical records
• Perform emergency medical actions within the scope of general practitioner competence
• Collaborate with specialists and doctors in charge regarding patient condition updates
• Coordinate with medical support units, administrative services, and insurance providers
• Communicate regularly with patients and families regarding treatment and discharge plans
• Partner with Case Managers for high-risk, high-cost, or complex clinical cases

Requirements

• Physician with valid STR
• Minimum 2 years of hospital or emergency room experience preferred
• Certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Extensive clinical knowledge in managing acute and chronic medical conditions
• Proficiency in patient management and multi-disciplinary care coordination
