Hospital Veterinarian

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care and lead clinical excellence at a Vetco Total Care hospital
• Ensure the highest level of client experience and build strong relationships with pet parents
• Drive continuous improvement in clinical skills and cultivate a collaborative work culture
• Review hospital P&L and partner with medical and operations leaders to drive performance and efficiency
• Perform routine, diagnostic, and complex procedures including radiographs, ultrasounds, dental extractions, and soft tissue surgery

Requirements

• Veterinary degree from an accredited institution
• Strong clinical skills and ability to practice autonomous medicine
• Proven leadership ability to support and mentor a team of technicians and assistants

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in dentistry, dermatology, or nutrition
• Previous experience in a hospital medical leadership role
