Hospital Supply Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming freight and verify shipments against documentation, ensuring temperature-sensitive materials are properly stored
• Transport supplies, equipment, and freight from the dock to designated storage areas or departmental locations
• Coordinate outgoing shipments by communicating with carriers and preparing necessary packaging and documentation
• Maintain warehouse stock through inventory rotation, relocation of overstock, and supporting periodic inventory counts
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks to unload and transport materials
• Assist with supply fulfillment by retrieving stock items and delivering supplies to hospital and clinic areas

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving
• Proficiency in inventory handling and documentation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Experience with forklift operation and pallet jack use

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree combined with two or more years of related logistics or warehouse experience
