Hospital Supply Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming deliveries by verifying shipments, sorting packages, and ensuring temperature-sensitive items are stored correctly
• Maintain inventory stock levels using inventory management software and following FIFO procedures
• Fulfill electronic and in-person supply requests for hospital departments
• Support periodic physical inventory counts and document discrepancies
• Process patient cremains and associated belongings according to established procedures
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks to unload and transport materials
• Assist with basic upkeep of departmental fleet vehicles and maintain an organized warehouse environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
• Experience with inventory management software
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two or more years of related experience
