Hospital Segment Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular promotional visits to surgeons, anesthesiologists, and medical facility directors
• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with high-potential specialists and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
• Execute individual sales plans and implement the company's marketing strategy within the assigned territory
• Organize and facilitate medical conferences, roundtables, and webinars
• Provide feedback to the marketing department regarding the effectiveness of promotional materials
• Maintain and update the client database using CRM systems
• Analyze the territory by gathering intelligence on competitors, pharmacy stock, and physician activity

Requirements

• Higher education in medicine, pharmacy, biology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales at a leading original pharmaceutical company
• Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, competitive landscape, and regional prescribers
• Proven ability to communicate ethically and professionally with the medical community
• Proficiency in CRM systems and digital tools
• Valid driver's license
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks

• Existing established network of physicians within surgical and anesthesiology specialties
