Hospital Sales Representative - Neurology

Responsibilities

• Promote an innovative multiple sclerosis (MS) therapy to healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders in the Paris Est region
• Generate prescriptions to meet or exceed sales targets set by management
• Establish strong partnerships with key accounts, major centers, and medical leaders to maximize sales growth
• Provide field feedback regarding market opportunities, successes, and obstacles
• Utilize CRM tools to maintain client information, plan appointments, and develop monthly call plans
• Organize and coordinate medical meetings, roundtables, and professional events
• Identify high-potential physicians for targeted medical events and participate in national congresses
• Ensure all activities comply with national Codes of Ethics and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, commerce, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Hospital Sales Representative
• Mandatory Medical Sales Diploma (Diplôme de la visite médicale)
• Proven ability to achieve sales objectives and build professional relationships in specialized therapeutic areas
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience specifically in neurology or multiple sclerosis (MS)
• Deep understanding of the healthcare environment and MS patient dynamics
