Hospital Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term commercial relationships and partnerships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.
• Play a key role in negotiating hospital tenders for market renewals.
• Execute sales strategies following the company's sales model and client portfolio targeting.
• Perform impactful product demonstrations and lead clinical staff meetings to ensure correct product usage.
• Maintain daily traceability in Salesforce CRM and provide regular feedback to Marketing and Sales Management teams.

Requirements

• Higher education degree.
• Proven sales experience, preferably within the hospital sector.
• Scientific curiosity and a desire to master clinical codes and studies.
• Valid driver's license (required for the company electric vehicle).
• Strong motivation to improve the quality of life for patients.
