About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, staff, and medical specialists
- Provide excellent customer service while managing the main reception area
- Assist with patient enquiries and meet and greet visitors
- Maintain and update patient files and manage back-of-office administration processes
- Coordinate with doctors and hospital staff to ensure smooth operations
- Complete various administrative activities to support the department as required
Requirements
- Previous demonstrated experience in a similar administration role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer literacy and technical skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and meet timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain professionalism and flexibility in a changing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working within a healthcare setting
