Hospital Program & Mobile Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex stakeholders, technologies, and workstreams for the Rural Health Program (RHP).
• Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to design programs addressing rural health challenges.
• Participate in technical requirements gathering and testing for technology workstreams, including AI and mobile IT.
• Assist in tracking inventory levels for mobile clinics, including medications, PPE, and medical supplies.
• Conduct logistics analyses to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Safely operate the medical unit to and from locations, maintaining travel logs and ensuring compliance with motor vehicle codes.
• Use Microsoft 365 tools to track metrics, build dashboards, and create presentations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and project records in shared collaboration platforms.

Requirements

• 3 years of related experience in coordination, logistics, or operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Valid Class D driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move equipment weighing 30-50 lbs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a medical program or project management position involving cost and schedule responsibilities.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) workflows.
• Ability to quickly learn hospital logistics and operations processes.
