Hospital & Patient Services Manager

Responsibilities

• Grow clinic patient census and treatment volume by providing superior customer service and admission support to referral sources and patients.
• Build and maintain strong referral relationships with hospital discharge planners, physicians, and other key healthcare partners.
• Facilitate and coordinate the admission process for patients referred for dialysis services, ensuring timely placement and a superior experience.
• Conduct market analysis and implement effective weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing plans to meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with clinical managers and hospital staff to manage patient shift requests and facilitate outpatient placement.
• Provide renal education to patients and referral sources regarding treatment options, vascular access, and insurance benefits.
• Monitor industry trends and local market changes to proactively respond to factors impacting patient services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2–5 years of related experience (or an advanced degree without experience).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented approach to managing account data and call reports.
