Hospital & Patient Services Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, and discharge planners to grow clinic census.
• Facilitate and coordinate the patient admission process, ensuring a superior experience and appropriate clinic placement.
• Conduct one-on-one outreach to patients to market services and facilitate timely admissions.
• Perform market analysis and implement effective weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing plans.
• Collaborate with clinical managers and hospital staff to manage patient shift requests and outpatient placement.
• Monitor industry trends and local market changes to react quickly to impacts on patient services.
• Meet sales and marketing call objectives and maintain accurate account data and call reports.
• Provide renal education to patients and referral partners regarding treatment options and insurance benefits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2-5 years of related experience (or a Master's degree with no experience).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate productive relationships at all levels.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
