About the role
Responsibilities
- Grow clinic patient census and treatment volume by providing superior customer service and admission support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including hospital discharge planners and physicians
- Facilitate and coordinate the admission process for patients referred for dialysis services
- Conduct market analysis and implement effective weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing plans
- Perform professional sales presentations and participate in community outreach programs
- Collaborate with clinical managers and hospital staff to ensure appropriate patient placement and shift scheduling
- Educate patients and families regarding insurance, payer benefits, and renal services
- Monitor local market trends and industry changes to react quickly to impacts on patient services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2–5 years of related experience (or an advanced degree without experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented approach to managing admissions and referral data
