Hospital & Patient Services Manager

Responsibilities

• Grow clinic patient census and treatment volume by providing superior customer service and admission support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including hospital discharge planners and physicians
• Facilitate and coordinate the admission process for patients referred for dialysis services
• Conduct market analysis and implement effective weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing plans
• Perform professional sales presentations and participate in community outreach programs
• Collaborate with clinical managers and hospital staff to ensure appropriate patient placement and shift scheduling
• Educate patients and families regarding insurance, payer benefits, and renal services
• Monitor local market trends and industry changes to react quickly to impacts on patient services

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2–5 years of related experience (or an advanced degree without experience)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented approach to managing admissions and referral data
