Hospital Medical Leader - Veterinarian

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical excellence and ensure the highest level of patient care and client experience
• Drive continuous improvement in clinical skills and cultivate a collaborative work culture
• Review hospital P&L and partner with medical and operations leaders to drive performance and efficiency
• Practice autonomous medicine utilizing advanced diagnostic technology and equipment
• Build strong relationships with pet parents through respect and empathy
• Model professional standards for the veterinary technician and assistant team

Requirements

• Veterinary degree (DVM or equivalent)
• Proven clinical leadership experience
• Strong medical management and operational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a hospital management or medical leadership role
• Proficiency with cloud-based practice management and digital medical records software
