Hospital Medical Leader - Veterinarian

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations to ensure the highest level of patient care and client experience
• Drive continuous improvement in clinical skills and cultivate a collaborative work culture
• Review hospital P&L and partner with medical and operations leaders to drive performance and efficiency
• Practice autonomous medicine utilizing advanced diagnostic technology and equipment
• Build strong relationships with pet parents through empathy and respect

Requirements

• Veterinary degree (DVM or equivalent)
• Clinical leadership experience
• Expertise in patient care and medical procedures
• Capability to review and manage P&L statements
