Responsibilities
- Lead a Vetco Total Care hospital to ensure high-quality patient care and an exceptional client experience
- Drive clinical excellence and continuous improvement in medical skills across the team
- Manage hospital performance by reviewing P&L and partnering with medical and operations leaders
- Cultivate a supportive, respectful, and collaborative work culture
- Build strong relationships with pet parents through empathy and respect
Requirements
- Veterinary medical expertise and clinical leadership skills
- Experience with P&L management and driving hospital efficiency
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to practice autonomous medicine using advanced diagnostic technology
