Responsibilities

• Lead a Vetco Total Care hospital to ensure high-quality patient care and an exceptional client experience
• Drive clinical excellence and continuous improvement in medical skills across the team
• Manage hospital performance by reviewing P&L and partnering with medical and operations leaders
• Cultivate a supportive, respectful, and collaborative work culture
• Build strong relationships with pet parents through empathy and respect

Requirements

• Veterinary medical expertise and clinical leadership skills
• Experience with P&L management and driving hospital efficiency
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Ability to practice autonomous medicine using advanced diagnostic technology
