Hospital Medical Leader

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest level of patient care and exceptional client experiences
• Lead clinical operations and drive continuous improvement in clinical skills
• Cultivate a supportive, respectful, and collaborative work culture
• Review hospital P&L and partner with medical and operations leaders to drive performance and efficiency
• Build strong relationships with pet parents through empathy and respect
• Utilize advanced medical technology to deliver high standards of care, including diagnostics and complex procedures

Requirements

• Extensive veterinary medical expertise
• Proven clinical leadership skills
• Experience with P&L management and driving hospital performance
• Strong client relationship management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a hospital leadership or medical director role
• Proficiency with cloud-based practice management and digital medical records software
