About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and design customer circuits
- Support the resolution of problems reported by users
- Configure appropriate modules for implementation
- Support project go-live processes
- Coordinate with other internal teams to ensure objectives and deliveries are met
Requirements
- Higher education in Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or similar
- Over 1 year of experience in Hospital Pharmacy
- Problem-solving focus
- Customer orientation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good argumentation and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and priority-setting skills
- Ability to work in a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SQL
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Availability for travel and stays outside the Lisbon region
