About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional end-of-life care for patients and their families
- Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive care plans
- Implement care plans to ensure the highest level of comfort and quality of life
- Support patients and families through the end-of-life journey in the Woburn area
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of hospice experience required
- Minimum of one year of acute care experience or comparable work experience required
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of oncology experience
- Minimum of one year of home care experience
Benefits
- Competitive compensation: $45.00 - $47.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Evening and weekend differentials available
