Hospice Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional end-of-life care for patients and their families
• Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive care plans
• Implement care plans to ensure the highest level of comfort and quality of life
• Support patients and families through the end-of-life journey

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of one year of hospice experience
• Minimum of one year of acute care experience
• Prior hospice training is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of oncology experience
• Minimum of one year of home care experience

Benefits

• Competitive compensation based on experience ($360.00 - $376.00 per day based on an 8-hour workday)
