Hospice Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional end-of-life care for patients and their families
• Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive care plans
• Implement care plans to ensure maximum comfort and quality of life
• Support patients and families through the end-of-life journey in a home care setting

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of hospice experience required
• Minimum of one year of acute care experience or comparable work experience required
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of oncology experience
• Minimum of one year of home care experience
