Hospice Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional end-of-life care for patients and their families
• Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive care plans
• Implement care plans to ensure the highest level of comfort and quality of life
• Support patients and families through the end-of-life journey in a home care setting

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of one year of hospice experience
• Minimum of one year of acute care experience or comparable work experience
• Prior hospice training is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of oncology experience
• Minimum of one year of home care experience

Benefits

• Competitive compensation: $45.00 - $47.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Evening and weekend differentials available
