Hospice Physician

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall medical component of patient care in a per diem hospice setting
• Provide medical oversight for patients in homes, assisted living facilities, and other settings
• Support the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective healthcare to vulnerable individuals

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. degree
• Current license to practice medicine in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 3 years of medical practice experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospice or palliative care

Benefits

• Weekday compensation: $125 per hour
• Weeknight on-call compensation (Mon-Thurs): $1,000
• Weekend on-call compensation (Fri PM through Mon AM): $1,200
