Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall medical component of patient care within a hospice setting
  • Provide medical oversight for patients in their homes, assisted living facilities, or other settings
  • Support the clinical team in delivering high-quality, compassionate end-of-life care

Requirements

  • M.D. or D.O. degree
  • Current license to practice medicine in Massachusetts
  • Minimum of 3 years of medical practice experience
  • Experience in hospice or palliative care

Benefits

  • Per diem weekday compensation: $125 per hour
  • Weeknight on-call compensation (Mon-Thurs): $1,000
  • Weekend on-call compensation (Fri PM through Mon AM): $1,200
