About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall medical component of patient care within a hospice setting
- Provide medical oversight for patients in their homes, assisted living facilities, or other settings
- Support the clinical team in delivering high-quality, compassionate end-of-life care
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Current license to practice medicine in Massachusetts
- Minimum of 3 years of medical practice experience
- Experience in hospice or palliative care
Benefits
- Per diem weekday compensation: $125 per hour
- Weeknight on-call compensation (Mon-Thurs): $1,000
- Weekend on-call compensation (Fri PM through Mon AM): $1,200
