Hospice CNA or HHA

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care activities including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients in their homes
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families during the end-of-life journey
• Effectively communicate with healthcare team members and family caregivers
• Document care provided and patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient, family, and caregiver information

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Massachusetts CNA or HHA certification
• Valid Driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
