Hospice Clinical Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead hospice care delivery with clinical excellence and compassion
• Oversee a multidisciplinary team including nurses, social workers, and spiritual care providers
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality standards, and operational excellence
• Partner with field staff, physicians, and leadership to shape care delivery
• Support staff development and drive continuous improvement in hospice services
• Provide on-call administrative phone support for after-hours field staff

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
• Current State License as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a registered nurse
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and valid automobile insurance
• Ability to travel moderately within the service area

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Hospice or home health experience
• Management or supervisory experience
