Responsibilities
- Oversee branch operations, financials, and performance
- Monitor quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and team stability
- Ensure high-quality, compassionate hospice care for patients and families
- Partner with clinical leaders to maintain compliance and survey readiness
- Recruit, develop, and coach a high-performing clinical team
- Build and maintain relationships with local providers and referral partners
Requirements
- Active RN license
- 3+ years of leadership experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare operations
- Strong understanding of clinical quality, compliance, and regulatory standards
- Experience in team engagement, retention, and development
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
