Responsibilities

• Establish organization volume projections in the annual budget
• Initiate marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary volume projections
• Conduct market assessments and develop comprehensive marketing plans
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with referral sources
• Educate facilities, families, and the community on the hospice benefit
• Provide leadership in strategic planning to address customer needs
• Support care team by gathering referral information and following up on pending referrals
• Achieve goals related to territory growth and admission/census targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• At least two years of experience in healthcare marketing
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience specifically in hospice care marketing
